Brinkley Morgan Partner and Palm Beach County Bar Association President Julia Wyda recently spoke at the Fourth District Court of Appeal's Induction Ceremony for the newly admitted attorneys in our district. Congratulations to all of the new attorneys!

Julia Wyda is a partner at the law firm of Brinkley Morgan. She is a Board Certified Marital and Family Law Attorney. She concentrates her practice in all areas of marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and child dependency.

She is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Family Law Section, currently serving on the Family Law Certification Review Course Committee and having previously served on the Executive Council and as a past chair of the Publications Committee from 2015-2017 and past co-chair of the CLE Committee from 2011-2013.

The Florida Supreme Court created a “Special Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services.” This session includes a forum held by the 15th Circuit Board of Governors Representatives to hear comments regarding the Florida Supreme Court’s Special Committee Final Report.
