As a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law, Julia Wyda concentrates her practice in all areas of marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Ms. Wyda is a partner with the law firm of Brinkley Morgan, with offices in Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton.

She is an active member of the legal community. She served as President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association from 2021-2022. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, currently serving on the Marital and Family Law Board Certification Review Course Committee and previously serving on the Executive Council and as Chair of the Publications Committee from 2015-2017, Co-Chair of the CLE Committee from 2011-2013, and Co-Chair of the 2023 Trial Advocacy Workshop.

Ms. Wyda is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has received numerous recognitions and awards, including the Distinguished Leader Award from the Daily Business Review in 2022, the South Florida Business and Wealth (SFBW) 2022 Leadership in Law Award, the Executive Council Service Award from the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar in 2017, and the Above and Beyond Award from the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar in 2014. She has also been repeatedly selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers, Legal Elite, and Best Lawyers.

She has spoken throughout the state on law-related topics and continues to write and speak on topics related to marital and family law.
